Dr. Stephen C. Brown

As a dentist near Tuckahoe, Dr. Brown has spent more than 42 years improving the lives of his patients and helping each of them embrace a beautiful smile. Although he may have started as a business administration major in undergraduate school, he quickly turned his attention to a more enjoyable career path – dentistry.

Growing up in Richmond, he completed his bachelor’s degree at Virginia Tech before enrolling at Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Dentistry. There, he earned his dental doctorate. He then completed advanced cosmetic training at the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute and comprehensive dental training from Bill Strupp.

He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Virginia Dental Association.

In his free time, he enjoys being with his wife, their two sons, and one daughter. He and his wife enjoy being grandparents to three beautiful grandchildren, as well as spending time boating, doing crafts, riding trail motorcycles around his farm, and growing flowers and vegetables.

Dr. Elizabeth C. Reynolds

For nearly 30 years, Dr. Reynolds has served as a dentist near Tuckahoe who makes a real difference in the lives of her patients. Known for her kind and pleasant demeanor, she always finds a way to make each person feel more comfortable while in the treatment chair.

This instinct and ability stem from working in her father’s dental office when she was younger. After completing an internship with her orthodontist while in high school, she knew dentistry would be her path. She enrolled at the College of William and Mary for her undergraduate degree and took a year off after graduation to work in a dental office. She then returned to her studies to pursue her dental doctorate at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.

Once she achieved her degree, she pursued various trainings and postgraduate courses on pediatric dentistry, cosmetic treatment, and dental implants. She also studied at the Dawson Academy through SPEAR Education.

Dr. Reynolds is a Fellow and the current president of the Virginia Dental Association, a Fellow with the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists, and an invited member of the Pierre Fauchard Honor Society. She is also a Delegate for the 16^th district with the American Dental Association.

Outside the office, you’ll find her with her husband, John, and their two daughters, Anne Randall and Cabel. She likes to waterski, read, work out, travel, listen to all types of music, and attend live music performances. She also collects art and regularly volunteers in the area and abroad to help those in need.

Dr. Bobby Lenoir

Dr. LeNoir has more than a decade of experience in the field and has been named a Top Dentist by Richmond Magazine for Cosmetic and General Dentistry. His decision to become a dentist near Tuckahoe didn’t happen until after he spent time as a professional baseball player. Attending the University of Richmond, he was drafted by the Texas Rangers and played three seasons in the minor leagues. Once he “retired,” he continued to give baseball lessons. It was during this time that one of his clients mentioned his dad was a dentist. After spending a day in the office and learning about the field, he decided dentistry would be the ideal career path.

After earning his dental doctorate at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, he completed postgraduate training during a general practice residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital Network. He also finished the Advanced Education in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry program with Dr. David Hornbrook, a world-renowned cosmetic dentist.

Dr. LeNoir is always looking for continuing education opportunities and maintains memberships in countless professional organizations, some of which include the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, and the Richmond Dental Society.

When he isn’t busy in the office, you’ll find him with his wife and their four children. He also coaches baseball and watches his kids compete in different sporting events.

Dr. W. Neil Snow

Dr. Snow joined our team in 2000 and continues to provide the highest level of quality care to our patients.

As a child, Dr. Snow was fortunate to have a wonderful family dentist who treated patients more like people rather than numbers. Watching how the dentist would build relationships with each person, he was inspired to follow the same trajectory, eventually deciding there was no other career he wanted to pursue but dentistry.

Growing up in Tuckahoe Village, he attended North Carolina State University for his undergraduate degree before completing his dental doctorate at the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. Dr. Snow also finished an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He regularly takes continuing education courses that focus on dental implants and other innovative services.

He is also a certified Invisalign provider and a member of SPEAR Education.

In his free time, you’ll find Dr. Snow with his wife, Molly, and their three children. He is often found on the golf course with friends and family or listening to music – he loves karaoke!

Dr. Thomas McConnel

With a passion for art and science, Dr. McConnel earned a bachelor's degree in biology and a minor in art history from the University of Virginia. Believing dentistry was the right choice, as it would allow him to combine his two loves, he enrolled at Virginia Commonwealth University and earned his dental doctorate. He then spent a year in advanced training in general dentistry and implantology in Birmingham, AL.

He regularly participates in continuing education courses to fine-tune his skills and expand his interests and knowledge. This allows him to provide a wider array of services to his patients.

When he’s not treating smiles in the office, you’ll find him with his wife, Brennan. He’s often outside hiking, paddling, or playing disc golf. He also enjoys music, playing the piano, or attending a concert or show.
